Super helpful customer service! They spent over 20 minutes with me to figure out the right spanx that i needed to wear for a dress I had just bought.
Terrible store and liars!!!
I give them no stars. These people and HUGE liars! I paid 100 bucks for something and when i first bought it they told me to ignore the receipt to wear wear shorts when trying it on and that i can exchange it. So i did as I was told and upheld my promise,but when i went back to exchange it they turn around and tell me no I couldn't return or exchange and that they were all final sale. I'm not mad that i can't exchange it. I'm mad that they lied about it. Don't tell your customers 1 thing and literally not uphold it less than 24 hrs later
Employee sold me something that wasn’t horrible!
A woman with short black hair and intense eyeshadow recommended these spandex that were completely horrible! 2 days later went back to return one since I️ used the other and tags were still
Intact and she said no! She was horrible, rude and nasty! Need your customer service number asap!! Waste of 50 dollars!! Never going back!
Worst customer service
Roosevelt field mall in GARDEN City NY has the worst costumer service. Bought a latex waist cincher, little metal hooks didn't last not even a month, when to store and spoke with the most nasty unprofessional woman ever, her name is Gina and I was trying to explain to her about the product and she was so defensive since the beginning and finish her so "conversation" with me calling me nasty...I will never buy anything from that store, I worked in retail for years and I never had this kind of attitude towards the clientele, with that said, the product is not the best either.
