Retail Nightmare
Two inexperienced and hateful people (Tunch and Edina) running their business. I was screamed at by a grown man because I wanted to return a product I felt was not good quality within less than two weeks of purchasing. They refused to take back a $350 jacket yet accept returns online. Instead of handling like a professional, I was screamed at. I could understand if I was a nasty client but I was looking for good customer service. Their excuse was that they have no way to refund and then the second person said they were too small a company. They are a joke. I’ve worked in this industry for 15 years and haven’t experienced anyone so hateful yet. Do not shop here.
