I wanted Donna Karan Black Cashmere perfume. Dave (fiance) went here and bought Tom Ford's Black Orchid.I love it, but already have it. Apparently they won't return for cash at all. EVER. So, they said they would get it. They were going to call when it shipped. Weeks went by. Finally we called them. They were very apologetic & a few days later a small bottle of Donna Karan Liquid Cashmere Black arrived. NOT the same thing. I specifically mentioned it when we tried to do the first return. So we called again two weeks ago tomorrow. The manager was going to call in the afternoon 11 days ago. NOTHING. Also, the bottle of Black Orchid was huge and I know it's expensive. They told us that the Donna Karan perfume was much more expensive so we could only get an ounce. I can buy a 3.4 ounce bottle of Black Cashmere on the DKNY website for $120. This place has been a nightmare. Dave feels terrible and I don't have my go to winter perfume. It was by far my most eagerly anticipated Christmas gift. I wish I has kept the Black Orchid. At least I would wear it someday. I am so upset. If they would have just done a simple return, I would have had what I wanted three weeks ago.
