Prior to coming to your store,( Northwest- Medallion location) I called just to make sure that the merchandise I’m buying will be right on time before Christmas ( it will be a gift for my son). I want the merchandise embroidered. I drove to your store ( pretty long drive) and again I was reassured that it will be done few days before Christmas. One week passed- I called again and told me there will be delay and somebody promised that they will contact me and update me. Days passed again and I CALLED YOUR STORE AGAIN- and told me that it’s not ready. ALMOST 2 weeks , NOBODY BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME AS AN ANXIOUS CUSTOMER ( it’s a gift for Christmas).Now, I have to have our family Christmas without my gift. It just ruined my Christmas. I am a very unhappy customer, I’ve been your customer for 27 years of being a nurse - I always get my uniform from your store as well as my children who are also in the medical field. YOU JUST RUIN MY CHRISTMAS.
