Pissed off former customer
Yesterday I went to sears auto in vero for a warranty tire rotate. They proceeded to tell me my air filter and cabin air filter were filthy and needed change. I declined. Today I went to tire kingdom for a oil change and asked them to check my filters . They brought the filters in to me and showed me they were clean just some debris that could be blown off they then told me to follow them to my vehicle. My two back tires barely had any tread on them and were ready to blow. Sears vero rotated my tires and let me drive the vehicle off their property with 2 bad tires and never mentioned it to me. You’re damn lucky those tires didn’t blow while I was driving with my grandkids in the vehicle. You got some incompetent employees there. This is by far more than unacceptable.
