Too bad there is not a zero star rating
Sears Home Improvement in Puerto Rico is not worth the business.
The techs who come and do the actual physical work are amazing, like Alexander and his son, Alex. Management staff is a nightmare to deal with. I had to contact Sears Holding Corporate Executives before I finally got the attention from management in PR. Don’t let them be condescending or try to sweet talk you. Take pictures, write everything down and keep copies, same goes for the receipts. The best thing is to not give them your time and money.
