Omg worst worst experience ever, Ordered the pool table online and choose to pick item up in store, finally got the pool table home I open the box to find the table is cracked and smashed all around, I called customer service and long story short was told o-well, They want me to bring it all the way back to the store, I asked them to deliver me a new one and take this one back as the box is torn open and the table is extremely heavy,
i explained that it would be super hard for me to get it back 2 the store. they told me o-well and hung up on me. Ive called the store 5 times no one answers ... DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AVOID SEARS AT ALL COST!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
