Refuse to take back product or give store credit
Do not buy floor models or any opened packages from Sears. They take things back and throw back on the floor even if they dont work. We purchased an airconditioner and tried to bring it back and were one day late and they refused to take it or give us a store credit. Please buy your products form Walmart, they will take back at any time and give store credit.
We even spoke to the store manager..she refused to help us in any way.
