We bought a $2,400 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator…part was defective and now part is discontinued! Sears will not do anything for us and we are stuck with this defective Fridge.THEY ARE STILL SELLING THE SAME FRIDGE AT REG PRICE AT STORE & ONLINE KNOWING PART IS DISCONTINUED.

Tried several times calling on the phone to see if they had a certain item in stock. Initially, a robot answers the phone, you say the department you want, it transfers you over to the dept. The phone there rings and rings and nobody picks up the phone. Then after many rings you get yet another robot asking you for your "four digit code". What four digit code?
