Jason in the automotive department is the worst customer service employee ever. Not helpful. Not friendly. He would rather sit down and do nothing instead of earn business. I’ve been going to sears automotive for years now, NO MORE!!!! Sears corporate won’t even return my calls or address my complaint. Never again will I spend my hard earned money there.
