Store Manager has NO customer service ability, and does not care!
Zero stars, buy it online, buy it at the other store in the mall, the store manager (Dakota) is self serving, condensing, argumentative, dismissive. He will not work towards the customer satisfaction of anyone!!! Rude, he demonstrates a bullying attitude. We all have choices and until this store does something about the store manager, I will not be returning.
