Secret of the Ocean - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577 - Coastal Grand Mall

My wife was sold some cosmetics on 8/14 and was verbally given a price of 2 for 199. When the items were rang up, she was charged for two items at 199 each. She attempted to return the items twice after discovering the deceit. The first time, the business was closed on 8/20 even though it was during advertised business hours. The second time on 9/03 a different worker would not accept the items because the receipt says all sales are final.

I was sabotaged while walking past them in the mall. I did purchase a Premier product for a "discounted" amount - still over $100.00. Yes, I asked if I could return it and was told " yes you can return it". Period, nothing after that. Once I got home and realized the sample they had applied on me in the mall had broken out my hypersensitive skin , I set out to return it unopened with the receipt. It was 3 days later when I got back to the mall. There were different workers and they told me "no, they do not allow returns, only exchanges". I explained my situation and they just kept trying to push more products on me. Then, they suggested I gift it to someone. Yes, I was the one who purchased it on good faith of the ability to be able to return it (no problem) but they knew and did not tell me about the fine print. Also, when they went to process my card, they asked debit or credit? I said "credit". I checked my bank online and they processed it as debit. Do Not trust these people!
