super rude staff
A few friends and I went in hoping to purchase some makeup. We were testing products while trying to have an enjoyable time together, since one was going on vacation. The women asked if we were testing and goofing off or really wanted to buy something. Kindly I said we hope to buy some. Later a worker blamed me for a broken makeup remover when I just got over there which was rude, yet I played it off. The last thing that really threw us all over the edge was a women YELLING at us. She called our fingers and arms dirty and said we’d be the reason for makeup being thrown out. I definitely will be going to Ulta next time where the staff is always kind.
