I feel that the interview process at Sephora is problematic. In a group of 4 other women, some of them very young are all trying to talk at the same time. I feel like I was discriminated against because of my disability. Everyone in the room basically said the same thing about how customer service they have, hopefully they do. But it's about more than just that. It's about making women feel beautiful and wanted.
