Terrible customer service
Made my first order and it was a large one, I love the incentive of the freebies and getting to choose to try new things. I got sent two random freebies that I didn’t choose, customer service didn’t seem to care and said you don’t really get to choose they just send you what they have in stock. Pretty disappointing on an order over 200$. Can’t say I’ll be returning. I’ve normally found a brand I liked and wanted to try and bought straight off of
