Dear Manager of Shakers at River Ridge Mall,
Very apologicically I am contacting you due to an error on my part.
I am founder/president of Lightning Strike & Electric Shock Survivors Int, Inc. based here in Jacksonville, NC.
On November 17, 2017, I brought a group of 13 to eat at Shakers after our annuyal Lynchburg conference.
I incorrectly showed the gratuity for $125.00 but only showed a total of $916.00 which did not reflect the tip.
My reference # is 1336506.
Whom shall I make this check out to?
What address shall I use to mail the check?
