Went there today,in the morning, at least 3 employees &the manager didn't greet us no hello no how may we help you.I had questions about buying shoes,for my family. The manager who was there blond short hair,just put in my merchandise a ball$4.99 my kid played with it,didn't brake it,ot was just opening up.Like a chocolate ball.And all though she never explained too me why? I am paying for it.I paid for ot,so I decided to call the store 4:45 pm.She answered and told me rudely that my kids broke the ball,I asked for her,name she told me I didn't need to have it,I told her,I would call the cooperate she told me I can do whatever I want.Called a customers service #Talked to a Nicky and she told me this would be forwarded to the cooperate, she said customer service phone number is the same thing #888/557/4637.I noticed none of the customers were being greeted customers were just leaving.
