Do not stand by products at all
Bought boots for my daughter here two weeks ago. Heel literally unglued from the heel and was told nothing could be done because I didn’t have the receipt. I was offered 20% off new product when all I wanted was to exchange because I possibly got a defective shoe. Never will shop here again. They do not stand by their product at all.
