Old Dude in Bradley County
Most people, myself included, go into a store knowing exactly what we want. What we do not want is a high-pressure commission salesperson latching onto us like a tick when we walk into the store. If I have a question, the people at Shoe Department are always quick to answer and offer assistance. Why not ask for help instead of waiting for someone to kiss your arrogant ass.
Security professional
I went in the store with the purpose of buying 2 pairs of shoes. The people working there were hanging around the cash register chatting. Not one person ask me if I needed any help. I had a friend with me. We were the ONLY customers in the store. How do people stay in business like that?
