Unsatisfied with service
I wanted to purchase a pair of new balance sneakers today 1/31/18. The pair I was interested in looked like they had been worn before. The woman helping me assured me they weren't but the small pebbles in the tread and little scuffs/ dirt suggested otherwise. I asked if I could send away for a "new" pair of these same sneakers and she said it would not be available for me to pick up in the store...it could only be delivered to my house. This meant having to cover the cost of shipping and handling. I don't agree with this. If I'm going to pay $50 for shoes they should look new and I shouldn't have to pay extra.
