work ethic = missed sale
I would just like to comment on the 2 young people on staff at "shoe dept." store yesterday Feb 13 afternoon. I must say there was quite a confrontation going on between them the whole 1/2 hour -plus I was in the store with no help. I do hope that the actions I was seeing were not what I thought. I have owned a retail business for 42 yrs, I would have said somthing but I had our granddaughter along. Forget customer service there!
