Very helpful and friendly
Bought a shoe for outside general work. Salesman was very helpful. I went back and bought a pair of tennis shoes, asst manager helped me to get the right fit. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Will buy my 3rd pair of shoes off them soon.
BAD
I went their the other day to get my shoes for the homecoming dance. I have been looking at this pair of shoes for a wile now. When I go to buy them they get stuck on my foot. So I put the pair of shoes on and walk around the store. I go to take them off and one of the shoes come off with NO problem. Then I got to take the other off and it gets stuck. So I go get the person who was helping us and tell her what has happen and she tries to get it off and she fails. So then she goes to get the assent manger and she tries and she fails also. So then the manger come over and she tries to get it off and yes she fails as well. Then she tells one of the people who where standing their to get soap. I didn't get how that was going to help get it off but it did not work. Then they finely came to a solution to just cut the shoe off my foot. Then my grandma had to cut it off of my foot. We finely get it off and my foot is red and swollen and cracks every time I would move it. And to get make this worse they wouldn't even give me a discount or something for all the pain they caused me. Drop what you think.
