Purchased a show on 11/27/2021. I had explained to the Sales person - Kristina, bottom of my foot hurts and she recommended me something. After trying, I told her, this is not comfortable. She said, try it once in a gym and if it doesn't work, we will take it back. I tried to return it today and they refused to refund the money. Since, it is no good for me as my foot hurts, I had no choice but to leave the shoes with them. No Customer Servi
