Make sure they show you the shoes before purshasing they will acuse you of wearing them when you just need an exchange
I went to exchange for a bigger size 3 days later of my purchase and the cashier and the Manager right away accused me of using them because there was pressure applied to the shoe! When you try on a shoe you apply pressure by walking on them to see if they feel good. They where just walked on carpet and only tried of the shoes on. I litterly only took one of the shoes out the box..
