Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Tony is the best but management has poor customer service. I went in to get a repair and Tony was on vacation. The manager initially said to me don't have the tips that he used, so you might have to come back when he is back from vacation. Mind you it is Monday and he doesn't return until Thursday. Them the manager says wait 10 minutes. Autumn was the person that the manager chose to do my nails. She is rude and has poor c
