Can’t be bothered to answer a phone or return calls
I’ve been calling and leaving messages for a few weeks now. Not once have I received a callback and no one has ever answered the phone.
Answer the Phone
Called multiple times no one ever answers the phone.. Have had phone for over a week and I could have shipped myself and gotten it back faster.
Former Customer
Refused to honor the warranty on the bad battery in my phone.
Ok, I'll pay.
Took 7 weeks to get the battery in.
"We'll call you when it's ready"
3 and a half hours later everyone in the store is too busy to answer the store phone. I drover over and found one employee wandering around. No customers.
He couldn't explain why nobody was answering the phone.
He couldn't explain why nobody called to say my phone was ready.
He and the manager couldn't explain why they wouldn't honor the warranty.
A great store if you are ABSOLUTELY desperate. Otherwise, go to BestBuy, Walmart, or better yet, to a real Apple store. It would be worth the drive.
