I try to get my phone repaired on jun 28 it is now july 15 still do not have my trade in, but they made sure to take my 99 dollars at the beginnin. It Has been a truly terrible experience. do not. One here if you want Efficiency. do not cone here if you value your time. Do not come here if you expect to have updates if something is 3 weeks late. Do not come here if you want anything but excuses.
