Rudeness when exchanging shirt
Im from Pennsylvania. I vacation to Foley AL once a year last year I had a great experience. Yesterday I bought shirts on clearance. The kind lady told me I had a week to exchange or return. I realized later that night one shirt was a size too small. I ripped the tag off before realizing this. I went back today to exchange. The lady was rude saying clearance can't be exchanged she accused me of washing wearing it. She exchanged but was rude.

It is sad when you go to an outlet store and have to pay 3 times the price that you can buy the Simply Southern brand t-shirts at Academy and any of the souvenir shops in Gulf Shores. WILL NOT BUY HERE AGAIN!
Also once you buy t-shirts at the outlet store, they will not take it back. You have to get a store credit. NEVER AGAIN!
