Dishonorable Business
I bought ski pants and a beautiful hat for my wife at Christmas for a GREAT price only after being repeatedly comforted by the owner that "if the size is wrong or color, we will honor a straight exchange". Today my wife went in and found the exact same pants in a better size and had to exchange the pants and hat AND pay a substantial adjustment to get a pair that fit her. Worst bit is when i called the same woman (owner) who i had spoken with - hoping that there was just a misunderstanding - she was rude and unwilling to make any accomodation. Their goods are fine for sure but overpriced unless it is a holiday or sale but, for my money, I dont patronize local businesses that wont do business honorably.
