First she burned my hair without asking if she could use the hair tool
The lady with curly hair at the Lakewood location starting insulting my looks and hair when I said I was going to come back and thing about it. That’s not how you make a sale by insulting people after that I said bye and I will never buy from here and I already told people I know about this incident to stay away. Train your employees with customer service.

SOLEIL FLAT IRONS & HAIR EXTENSIONS
Lady burned my hair.. fried it then put a bunch of oil. Once you buy their crappy flat irons they don't honor doing your hair throughout the year like they say all of a sudden they're not available
RUDE UGLY EMPLOYEES
Gente corriente la que trabaja aqui.. you don’t buy their product and they start insulting customers and calling them names. The lady there in particular. super bad customer service and overall attitude, Cerritos Mall needs to get rid of this stand.
