Wonderful people. caring and informative. When I first signed up I was questioning doing this as it isn't free, but after six weeks and letting go of a twenty plus bag of dog food on my way to the forty pound bag gone.
Such better sleep and attitude, some of that is fitting into clothes that fit so well.
Simple drinks, soups and mini meals as well as fresh veggies, eggs, fish and meat all in portions I have found it easy.
