On December 26, I visited your store in Crabtree Valley Mall to exchange a flannel shirt for a larger size. While there I saw a pull over and ended up buying that as well. During this process I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Denna who was absolutely superb in her service to me...her respectfulness, her knowledge and her friendliness. I do NOT respond in this manner, but Denna was, ( and I know that this was a very short encounter) a retailer's dream representative. I was surprised at her efficient and kind service on a day that, in most cases evidences stress and efforts to get to the next customer. I hope that this gets to the Manager so that he can, in turn, pass along his appreciation for this fine employee.
