Not a happy consumer
.Zack who sold me the product on January 3 told me I could pay in 2 payments and if I did not come back on February 3 I would not receive the rest of product well I was not aware of that they kept my credit card number and charged my card on February 3 .I did not go back on February 3 because the product i was having a allergic reaction .
Been back to store to get $ back told me no because I signed a layaway we all know the layaway rules want $
Allergic Reaction to product applied to eyes
A product sample was applied to my under eyes and within 1.5 hours my eyes were itchy and swollen. I attempted to return purchased (unopen/unused) product back to the store and they told me that they do not issue refunds and that they only allow for switching out the product with another one from the store. I am extremely unhappy and will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this insane policy.
