Sparkles - Lithonia, Georgia 30038 - The Mall at Stonecrest

On a recent visit to the StoneCrest mall location I purchase a beautiful 1 pc blue & cream color outfit for my Granddaughter's prom night. Cleary the return policy stares 7 day exchange. My granddaughter tried it on. No it DID not fit well @ all. We had the receipt & original tag on it. There was this young lady assisting us,all was well. Until what was supposed to be the store manager whom stood over the young ladies shoulder no we can't take it back. I asked why she said,I don't know what happened@your house but it's damaged. No,no exchange. I asked if she was the owner "No",she stated. She said her name is Angela.Well is this privately owned or corporate? She said,you can't know that. My daughter who was with me asked for owner or her bosses phone number. She stated she is the manager & the young lady assisting us is the assistant manager but she wouldn't let her speak to us. When asked again for her bosses name & #.She said he does talk to customers & we couldn't contact him. She then rolled my bag with the 1 pc inside & pushed it toward me. I asked her if she was dismissing me,she looked @me & said she finished. I asked if something happen in the store who would she call she said no one. My daughter asked do you write your own check,no she said. So if your check was wrong who takes care of that? I asked once again for someone who cared about the consumer. I said the BBB she said so. She will never ever have my family as customers again. So rude,so disreceptful.
