Not good.I paid my dues for October 2021 but I found out not credited to my account. Spectrum is planning to disconnect my service for not showing any receipt but the employee did not give a receipt what will I show.I paid cash too bec.was not working that day.They can check their video that day that I was their.I need help for further investigation. WHERE IS MY MONEY ?WHO STOLE IT.

Went 10/28/21 between 2-3 pm. Was # 28 in que. one hour later I left being #18 in que. this is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Spectrum wants our business but does little to provide service at their stores. This was the Westfield Countryside Mall.
