This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Though Spectrum says walk-ins are allowed, the employees at this location will ignore you unless you have an appointment. They work at a pace and often talk to each other so that walk ins are excluded. If you ask them how long they expect your wait to be, they either dont answer or just say they dont know. After a 30 minute wait, I left. Im going to a Dish Service.
