Amazing customer service!!
When I went to Spencer’s about a week ago, I was looking for a Bob Marley blanket for my friend for Christmas! It was highly important to me and not only was I greeted by an associate (wish I knew his name because he deserves the acknowledgement!) he helped me look for it. Unfortunately they did not have it at their store.
But the amazing customer service doesn’t stop there! The associate got his manager Patrick and he called another store for me and asked if it could be shipped to his store. He called me and let me know that they would.
And I picked it up this precious Friday!!!!! Thank you Patrick and thank your associates too. I’m one happy customer!
