Bad customer service
I went into the Hanes Mall locations earlier today to look for cartilage hoops. I walked in and was greeted by the workers. They were helping other customers so I waited patiently for them to unlock the body jewelry. The other customers that they were helping had left the store after their purchases and the three workers then proceeded to stand behind the counter and talk about how one of the previous customers annoyed them and made eye contact with me but did not move to come help me three times. I waited a total of 10-15 minutes without any help or them offering to help me. If you are working in retail your job is to make sure that ALL of your customers are taken care of and that you do your job as a salesperson especially if you are just sitting around complaining about the last customer where all the other customers can hear you clearly....
