Rude and bad attitude The salesperson sold me a damaged splat ball . The liquid bursted all over my child and she refused to give me a refund or any contact information for the Manager.

I purchased 4 solar balls today and was told they hold up very well and last a long time. One was leaking in the bag before we even got to open the package. After 3 minutes of play the second broke. The last two didn’t even last longer then an hour and it wasn’t with continuous play and I told the kids to be even more gentle with them. I’m so frustrated as these literally all broke immediately and one was already leaking before being opened. There’s no direct number to the kiosk so I’d have to drive 30 min back to the mall to ask for a refund but not sure if even get one since I paid cash. Lady at kiosk said If I paid cash there would be no included tax. She didn’t even offer a receipt. I have all the balls in the bag and am determined to get a refund for this poor quality product.
