Worse shopping experience
Been coming to Fashion Island Location for a couple of years. Needs a new manager! Don’t know why this nice brand would keep such a rude and mean manager!! Her name is Julie, she was so unpleasant to me when I was trying to order some clothes in my size from another store. She was also rude to customers and employees been watching her. Calling to complain!! Julie needs to be dealt with. Also heard stories from one of my friends shopping with her. This is not just me dealing with this.
