They are untrustworthy!!!
I dropped off a prom dress that had detachable staps. It was simply to have a split in the leg hemmed. When I picked it up and took it home I immediately realized the detachable straps were gone. I immediately called the store and was told to bring the dress back. I did abd then they denied they removed them!!! They made no effort to correct the situation and proceeded to completely ignore me! No responsibility for their mistakes!!!!!!

They do wonderful work here. Both on formal and casual wear...men and women's. Even though I live 45 minutes away, I still make the drive for quality I can count on.
