My sister opened an account for her and her son with the associate Robert a. I was added 2 days later by the same associate. When he rung me up for the phone i selected which was $125.00 he added a case, insurance and the wireless charger which totaled $300. And change but he never asked to add them he just put them on himself now i was going to get the insurance and case but was never given the option to do so. Then our first bill was about $100.00 more then what it should have been we tried to call billing and couldn't due to the fact that Robert a. Never gave her the pin code to call about issues and then i noticed on my receipt it says i came over from t-mobile but i came from verizon the person who helped us at the store stated Robert a. Was makibg alot of mistakes and fixed the data for me and made copies of all our receipts to send them to her boss then when we got our first bull my number was not on it then our second bill was the one that was to high so we went back to rhe store and we were told they cant help us they gave us a number to call and an hour and a half later and 4 different people on the phone nothing was resolved. The next day i called and spoke to the corporate office and they put me in touch with a woman who couldn't figure out what they did either but offered a discounted bill which we paid now we are still getting bills that are more then what they should be. We went back yesterday and the associate looked up our account and just stated he can't help us that we should just pay it and the next one should be correct so in other words pay more then we should just because they can't fix the issue
