Automation Clerk - Department of Interior
I had an encounter at this store and to say this least it was very unpleasant. The tech I spoke with was an African American male and came off extremely rude, and unhelpful. I had navigation problems with my i phone, I asked the guy for help his first response was "Well where are you trying to go?" The conversation got more intense as he got frustrated from not wanting to help. The store manager came to his rescue, and she too was unhelpful. I actually put in a complaint letter to corporate in regards to my experience. I would never again visit this store even if it was my last resort. They kept my phone for a hour and the problem still wasn't fixed. I believe the employees talked negative about me because every time I came back in the store they laughed. These employees do not care about their customers at all. If I rated them a negative 10 I would. If you need to go a sprint store in Baltimore, go to the one on Pulaski highway. They have employees who actually appreciate their customers and your business with Sprint.
