Horrible customer service
If I could get zero rating, I would. Horrible customer service. I went in today with my friend to pre-order S10+. No one came to help us. I went to ask someone, and he said he was new. I had to ask someone else. There were 2 other staffs. No smiling and not saying anything. They stared at us as we were sitting and waiting for help. And then, one lady said she was going to on the break. I spent time almost half an hour and decided to left. Horrible. Will not go there again.
Duped
I would give 0 rating if that is an option. The worst customer service. I was looted as i paid in full for iphone 8 and also gave my iphone 7. The store people are horrible. Never go for it.
