Rudest customer service everrr AND she literally walked off from helping us. The Sprint/t-mobile merger has been the worse. Accounts changes are being made... 611 said go in store... she cut me off before I could explain SPRINT SENT ME HERE... her nice nasty attitude from the moment I walked in made it a terrible experience.
