After 10 weeks of dealing with this issue I have finally reached the end of my patience. After Khalid and Christian dug us into a deep hole with the promise of great savings that ended up ballooning our bill by $100, store manager Oliver DeJesus finally took action and said that he reversed the additional services that we were told would cost us nothing and claimed to get us back to within a couple of dollars of our original plan. Sadly when I opened my bill today I see we are still at the higher price. Of course Oliver is not in today and has not responded to the message that I have left. There appears to be no urgency to help undo the damage.
