Manager Is A Liar by ,
Usually I go here , me and my family , and the experience is great . but on June 09 2018 the manager there tried to say he can give me a iPhone 8 plus free of charge and asked me if I wanted to upgrade my phone , I advised this rep that I couldn't because I couldn't get my upgrade until October of 2018 . the rep insisted that he could still give me the iPhone 8 plus w no charges . I advised the rep I didn't want the phone & that I can just wait til it is time for my upgrade because I can not afford anything extra on my bill . long story short he kept bribing an I got the iPhone 8 plus free of charge by turning in my iPhone 7 plus because he stated that was all I needed to . so then this month I received my bill & it is $199.70 and when I called they advised me I had 3 lines on my acct when I'm only suppose to have 2 . my iPhone 8 plus & my daughters tablet . the sales rep lied to me just to get a sale & I'm still paying for the iPhone 7 plus & I can't cancel the line or I'm going to have to pay the remaining charges on the phone . so I'm basically stuck with a phone I don't even have . I've even offered to return the iPhone 8 plus like nothing happened & get my iPhone 7 plus back & continue as things were & now that's a problem . I'm just so over this situation . I was lied too repeatedly . & I'm so upset . I don't even want the iPhone 8 plus . and the service is terrible now .
