I went here this year and i got talked by a lady sales associate to transfer from T-Mobile, she gave me all wrong information just so i can sign with sprint..Too many wrong information and i am still suffering since february..She put me in the wrong plan, she told me i have to get insurance on 5 phones right away, she told le iphone 11 max is part of the promotion and more. My iphone 1+ that i returned is bot even showing on my account? and more. I came back the next day she did not even say hi to me...

This was a great experience that far exceeded my expectations! Thomas was the best salesperson I've had the pleasure of working with. He made a long process enjoyable. I switched from Verizon to Sprint and am so far wondering how I didnt do it sooner!
This sprint location is Amazing
I was helped today by three gentlemen & I changed from metro pcs to sprint & I will never regret it. They took their time to answer all my questions and quickly changed phone plans/carriers and I got the new iPhone 8 Plus! I will come to this location anytime I need help, and will refer them to family and friends!
