The sales consultant Larissa helped me with excellent service, helping me switch over as well as provide me with answers to my questions, all the while with a positive attitude.

Gave 1 star because I had to. Sprint is in need of trained personnel seriously! This kiosk/store is no exception I was sent by district manager Ramos to get served by Omar and The employee had no idea what to do. It was sad to watch and his two co workers just watched and didn’t help due to it not helping their sales. All in all it was a waste of time. Thankfully the customer service crew over the phone was trained better and helped. Sprint stores on Tracy both of them have horrible customer service reps. They all need re training on people skills, courtesy, and business.
