Was sold fake metal and told it was surgical steel
I came to get two labrets and was told that all their jewelry was made with surgical steel. I’m allergic to fake metal and about two hours after putting it in, the area around the piercing was turning green, and really swollen.
Fraudulent employees
I paid $34.36 for my items which I have the receipt for. When I checked my bank account the total changed to $44.39, the employee decided to tip himself an additional $9.75 after we had left the store. I got one email saying someone would look into it and the rest of my emails have been ignored. I filed a fraud claim with the bank as I can’t get a hold of anyone to solve problem. On top of that, not all jewelry was the same.One was the wrong type
